Description

The Pork BBQ main meal option during the 2024 Summerlicious at the iSLAS Filipino BBQ and Bar was my absolute favourite meat they served there that I tried. It was very flavourful, and cooked just perfectly - crispy outside but tender juicy inside. The dish had the two skewers of BBQ pork, which was marinated in islas BBQ sauce, soy and garlic. There was also a vegetable skewer and a fruit skewer but the meat one was my favourite. It was served with a side dish of jasmine rice. All served very hot (you can even see the steam coming off in the photo!).
