Description
Onto the dessert! Dessert was one of things that was harder to split during the 2024 Summerlicious at the iSLAS Filipino BBQ and Bar (not this particular dish, but a different one I'll show later...) so this dish was split between my two friends and I had the last one.
The is the Mango Float, created with layers of crumbled graham crackers and whipped cream, with ripe mango on top. According to my friends, it was their favourite - apparently the way the whipped cream and graham crackers were done it reminded them more of ice cream which was a good thing!
