Lighting, sky and coloring is wonderful here, and gives a lot of atmosphere. Texture also very good. Regarding the postwork: Cactuses fit perfect .. shame that the stones near the buttom of the cactuses is not perfectly integrated. Don't know what it is, but looks a bit "pasted" on. Generally I love the postwork and this is a great picture!

Simple and well compose. What good art should be. BUT...you've neglected to cover all three planes. You have a far ground and a mid ground, but there's nothing in the foreground. Not a center of interest necessarily, but something to lead the eye in a swoop around the bottom of the picture, rather than the ground plane letting you fall out.

the landmark in the background looks great, the rocks and stones look as if someone gathered all of them from around that area and piled them around the cactus ; the cactus look okay, add some more cactus and sage brush, have fun with the composition ;-)

I think that the rocks need to be more detailed a bit, but all in all it's a cool image ;) Greetz to TerrorMike (haha)
