Splendid image! Very peaceful

  • quite unlike the mayhem over here in the UK. Our politicians have betrayed us.

The car looks to me like it's a 1949 Cadillac convertible. Am I right ??? Oh, your street scene is interesting, too. Later on in life, I had a 1977 Cadillac Coup De Ville, it was such a beautiful car with a big 425 Cubic Inch engine. It easily pulled a 26 foot camping trailer we had at that time. Caddies were always eyecatchers, but when they needed fixing, get ready for a big bill. Regardless, I'm glad I had one. I really like all the different cars you put in your scenes. :o)

The 3d model said 1948 Cadillac, but perhaps 1949 is close enough as well? Many thanks for sharing your memories of Cadillac experience. I had a 1976 Cadillac convertible! I loved that car too! It was such a nice big boat that rode so smoothly down the road! Had a 500 cubic inch engine that was surprisingly not all that hoggish on gas. I got over 20 mpg on the highway with it although around town, that was a different story, but still not too bad considering all that weight it was pushing around. Effortless acceleration too with that engine! Ahhh. Fond memories! thanks for reminding me!

Great scene with that sweet Caddy, Bill! Never had one myself, but got to ride in a few - smooth, indeed!
