I like the rendering, but it looks rather flat because everything is in focus. You should add Depth of Field to the scene to isolate the little girl from the background. Also, consider adding additional figures on the sidewalk to make the scene more dynamic and lively. Currently, it looks foreboding and empty, which is not the type of scenario you would want a child in.
