The voyage to discovery is always a long and revered one and this pays great tribute to that. Wonderful work...

Very artistic. My big bro (pjaj) told me about this gallery and you all have some very creative work here as well. Excellent concept in the Sci-Fi world. It's great.

still so much to learn & see out there for the traveler in us all- excellent work, think i would've like to have seen the spaceshuttle travel along the same course as the globe & away- to incorporate it better, but it looks wonderful just like this too :)

See what happens when you get in a hurry. I see now that Chuck Yeagar is claiming he is the one who knew about the o-rings. No mention of Richard Feynmann. To be credited with discovery you have first to survive.

Danny...I must tell you that this very well done image has a special place in my heart. My Dad worked at Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral, Florida until he retired. He worked for a number of years on monitoring the hearts(telemetry) of the astronauts when they went up in the Space Shuttle. Your image brings back many memories of my years in High School, watching every shuttle launch, praying everything would be okay. You have a well-developed eye for the balance of an image and your sense of what should become part of the overall composition is incredible. Excellent work!

One of the pleasant things about your images that I really like may just surprise you Daniel - it's found in the mystery of trying to figure out how you created your work. I'm usually fairly adept at recognizing the various modes utilized in creating artwork - but your postings always leave me wondering - and that's something I like. Maybe it's because everyone seems to enjoy a good mystery...lol. I really love the colors in this image, they bespeak "Discovery" in a bold, fresh and yet simple way. I think the true 'Final Frontier' is found in the mind of humanity itself, as they continually seek to discover everything not yet known...guess that brings us right back to the love of mystery. Please continue to make us use our brains for more than something to fill the void between our ears! Truly skilled craftsmanship Daniel!
