Description
The patrol returns to the secret rebel base for refuling.
Put my hand to a very cinematic render with this one. Mostly very happy with the turnout. I would move the figure standing on the ground and directing the armored car further back and to the right of the image were I to do it again - I don't love how it conflicts with the hoses and the grab bar on the car. Sadly this render took a LOOOOONG time - several hours - and by the time it was clear enough to see the mistake I didn't want to re-do it and use up that much more time. There's a figure in the driver's seat of the armored car that I could have eliminated to speed this up a little, but the environment, while gorgeous, is a bear on render time.
Used a Lenovo Slim Pro 7 with a GEFORCE RTX so there are faster machines out there, but mine's no slug either.

I'm curious why it would take so long to render. Were your render settings set at some super-exotic levels? 20 yrs ago I used to render 4000 pixel wide images in about 4 to 10 hours, so with today's hardware that should render in about 2 minutes. Strange.
