Jolt is something like an emotional or psychological shock (among other things). It's a word I stumbled upon some time ago. Perhaps I shouldn't try to appear too witty as I'm not native in english :)

Sorry, just a Joke: I learn a lot by the Modellers here in the Gall, but worship Staticon that much, I granted him the Title "Shifu" (Master). He was mocking at me with the BTW, so i felt dishonored! Sob! ;)
