There's something that I have had in the back of my mind for a very long time. Now your car the Police// Cops what ever they are called in your country. if you tires have little trend you will be fine but a car sports type on a race track driving by you maybe at speeds of 180MPH can have tires with no trend what's the difference . Forget about private road laws. why??Here in good old GB the roads no matter where they are on public land or private land are all called The King's Roads
