Exclusive MAX NEWS update:
7:47 am - Unconfirmed reports of some type of mutation escaping a genetic bio-lab in New Jersey.
8:06 am - Sighting of large mutation confirmed by witnesses; now crossing Hudson river and heading toward Manhattan!
8:54 am - Very large mutant creature tearing through Park Avenue -- NYPD warning residents to run for cover.
6 pm - Federal authorities announce the massive destruction in Manhattan to be a result of terrorism, not a monster. All those responsible for the fake news, impersonating police, and fake video-footage will be tracked down and charged with federal crimes. Anyone spreading the false claims of some mutant creature will be arrested. Also, Max News Corp. will be fined for participating in this fraud.
7pm - Independent news sources outraged over massive government cover-up!

Actually my original drawing was nothing really special. And my monster was more like a weird mushroom on long tentacle legs.

Your pencil drawing inspiration has taken a life of its own Max. It's always difficult for citizens to know what to believe when the media reports on it...there are always two very conflicting sides, just as you have listed above.
I for one am getting in touch with Japan and asking them if Godzilla is available to deal with this creature, since I believe the Federal authorities are just trying to hide the truth from everyone! :-)

It's simple --- if the mutation story sticks, that bio-lab would be liable for $800 Billion in damages, and lot's of politicians would be in trouble one way or another. If they blame terrorists, then even more money for the military cash machine!

lol you would be so shocked... my space uses color elegantly in a semi-minimalist decor and no nothing scares me, if you lived in my surreal brain as long as I have, you wouldn't be either. :)

If you have the patience anything can be created with CG from scratch.
Unfortunately my 3D modeling program failed to function long ago and I don't have the time or patience to spend 2 years learning and mastering Blender, so having fun with this new technology partially and ironically makes up for the the fact that this very technology is responsible for my art royalties to drop to zero. Kind of sad and funny at the same time:)
