Description
~Royal Cat~
Ancient Egyptians were very fond of cats, and they worshiped them as divine beings. One of the most popular goddesses was Bastet, depicted as a woman with a cat or lioness head. Cats were believed to bring protection, prosperity, and good luck to households, so they were treated with great care and affection.
Nintendo's character Ankha is inspired by the ancient cat worshiping tradition. She's a catgirl mummy carrying on the legacy of Bastet by combining both her feline nature and the protective role of the goddess. As Ankha, she helps people by solving mysteries and fighting against evil forces, just like Bastet would have done in ancient Egypt. 3D pose and camera set in Poser, exported with my OpenPose plugin, rendered in Stable Diffusion, postwork in PaintShop.
