Description
I've been posting to Renderotica for a few months now, and thought I'd try crossing over to here with some of my art. Here's a character from my writings, rendered in Poser, using Symphony's "Tesoro" texture, Kozaburo's hair, and some Photoshop postwork. The mood of this was inspired by listening to the "Gladiator" soundtrack.

This is a good man, but a troubled man, whose reign has been filled with tragedy. The character is somewhat exaggerated, because I was going for a "monumental" feel. Thanks, Katerina. :) After getting one of my works trashed on 'otica because the woman had on clothes, I think I'll be hanging out here a bit more.

I do like... The lighting is great, i like the way his hair is too, you cant see too much of it. Great texture too.

Very well done. The expression is great. Textures are wonderful. The green-gold circlet could stand a little more shadow. The eye's gloss is a little distracting.
