Description
London, 28 September, 4pm UTC: A proposed addition to a building opposite the Gherkin has sparked debate over its "testicular" appearance.
The Twin Globes development as depicted in the artist's impression has polarised Londoners, with equal numbers describing it as either "making the area even more interesting" or "post-modern architecture gone overboard".
In his defence, the architect stated earlier today that he was inspired by spherical cactus plants that he observed while visiting the US state of Arizona.
The Greater London Authority is due to make a decision on approving the design.

LOL - I was just going to say something about the placement of the globular structures! Really excellent Blender work, good sir!

I found a neat Blender plugin called "Blosm" to import the city mesh. Can be CPU & memory intensive at the hi-poly resolutions though, so I only use them for the close-ups.

ISN'T THAT WHERE JAMES BOND LIVES?
DeepRed
Possibly. Those twin globes could be radar domes for all we know.
