Description
In this one, a nautically minded academic gal's fantasy comes to life in her miniaturized and cased model of Faveral's iconic 'Licorne' available on DAZ. It's still the best early 18th century sailing ship out there and a must for historically oriented pirate scenes.
FG's excellent Dean's Office was tweaked with a bunch of textures, artwork, model ships made by miniturizing big ones, and other prop goodies to create the 'naval' office mood. AGD's 'Janet" (Renderhub) was tweaked for the lady. The little pirate gent is my own morph avalable here in Free Stuff.
Nudity tag is for the shirtless gent.
Went back after some insightyful comments and added some dirt textures to the glass case to provide a little more notice that's it's there, but the results were minimal unless the dirt became excessive. You can pick up a little refection of the ship's flag...
Lots of possibilities here :)

I have always been fascinated by what scale relationships allow us to convey as emotions, as reflections. In particular by all sorts of devices that allow us to see the world from a reduced model. There is here, as Lévi-Strauss presented, a reversal of knowledge: we perceive the world in its totality, then in its details, in front of a reduced model while in the world on our scale, it is the opposite. In your image, it works particularly well: it is not so much the little pirate who observes his giant beloved, but her mind, which tries to guess the size of his pirate love for her.

Well said as always marco - the connection between the two is strong, as she in a sense brought him to life and through him (possibly in other images) he makes her truly alive...

The scale be tween the two is great But I can not see any thing between them that would stop her from going a hint of glass would help Over all great work

Thanks radio - the glass was 'winked out' because the back side was interfering with camersa angles and fields. Could have added a flat plane at the front with glass textures....

Very intriguing image - beautifully done!

Thanks blue!

radio - per your suggestion I added a glass textured primitive with a little dust to the front of the case. Picked up some minor reflection and a little hint of the ship's ensign is viisible on the right.
