I'd have to be more than a few beers in to follow this one home, and it'd likely be quite a journey. A true "butterface" if you know what that term means as it's setting off my "uncanny valley" alarm.
Still and all, I like the render. You've used the base figure well and the layout with the background you chose is solid.
