Right between the sound machine
On a cloud of sound I drift in the night
Any place it goes is right
Goes far, flies near
To the stars away from here
The inspiration for this piece came from a painting I recently saw and the program, "Ancient Aliens," specifically season 11, episode 11 (Space Station Moon) and it was all fueled by my persistent OCD. Look up this episode and watch it. You'll never look at the moon in the same way, again.
