Very cool water effect! These look like Ron's brushes but you can always achieve a similar effect using overlays. Google images of "water stream splash jet black background"... the background has to be dark, preferably black then add the image as a layer with the blending option "Screen" then adjust the layer brightness and color using Exposure, Hue, Eraser etc. The same goes for light flares, sun glow.
Photoshop is really awesome! Don't say I never taught you anything! lol You are AMAZING but you already knew that!
