Description
~Mira Nova~
Mira is the hot-headed daughter of King Nova, and a rather unknown Disney princess. From the "Buzz Lightyear of Star Command" (2000-2001) TV series, comes this blue alien redhead from planet Tangea. After Buzz saves her planet from Emperor Zurg's attack, Mira decides to leave the palace and join the Space Rangers.
Her list of abilities is impressive: "Ghosting" allows her to go through solid objects and even survive in the vacuum of space without a helmet. She's also telepathic, mind reader, mind manipulator, and expert hand-to-hand fighter. Having blue skin, sun exposure can tan her yellow. LOL

This "Buzz Lightyear" show sounded like a lot of fun. But in 2000, it was probably ahead of its time.

Yes, just like Disney Gargoyles (1994-97) was also way ahead of its time. It was darker than Batman: The Animated Series, which was surprising coming from Disney. ^^

"Having blue skin, sun exposure can tan her yellow." now that would be an interesting bikini picture showing some tan lines. LOL Blue skin or not, she's definitly the girl I would like to date. Wonderful render.

Thank you! Hehe yes, blue aliens like Mira become yellow when sun tanned. Even though Mira is a princess, and the show was produced by Disney (not Pixar), she never became a "Disney Princess", which probably explains why she remains rather unknown. That's why I wanted to give her some love in my gallery.

Thank you! Pity that the original characters like Petra and Mira were not in the Buzz Lightyear movie. What a waste. ^^

Thank you! Mira should had been in the Buzz Lightyear movie. After all, she was protagonist in the TV series. ^^
