Sorry to hear that, but is seems very common in Mediteraneum! While the usual Antibiotics cause resistance, Glycyrrheatic Acid (Liquorice) may block the proliferenance of thes little Parasites! (But i dont know, if Dog tolerate Liquorice?)

It's not for dogs, but there are apposite medicines, fortunately nowaday dogs don't die because of Leishmania anymore.
