The 1st render is the most accurate in terms of DOF. In the 2nd render, the subject needs to be closer to the camera, and in the 3rd and 4th renders which both look identical to me, she has to be really upclose.

One thing to mention here when you pose your subject and choose a camera angle or POV, always back up a little bit and look at your render in ensemble. You may notice something odd here, can you guess what it is? lol something can be easily be fixed just by rotating your subject on the Y axis or repositioning the camera.
