Description
Nine years have passed since the Visitors departed from Earth and the gift they left behind was finally ready for its first major field deployment.
After extensive analysis, development and small-scale testing, a larger gravitic repulsor was built and installed in a stratospheric weather-station and observatory. It was floated to an altitude of 12 Kilometers, and 24 hours later declared to be an overwhelming success.
