__ ...To me, Fall is definitely a season for photographers in search of light contrasts and diverse smooth or bleak ambiances.
__ Hope this series of captures shot in the French region of Provence will illustrate my words :-)

Une fois encore (mais trop peu souvent à mon goût !) nous voici sous le charme de tes splendides photos...j'avoue un faible pour la première qui semble nous offrir sa petite terrasse pour un repos (avec un verre de vin du coin !) dans les derniers rayons du soleil...Je sais, il y a mille maisons comme celle-ci mais j'ai l'impression de la connaître...mes nombreux séjours en Provence seraient-ils la source d'une hallucination ?

A wonderful splash of autumn colors and the long shadows make everything even more spectacular... interesting how darkness and low sun adds an aura of mystery to the photo. Splendid photography!

Once again your beautiful photographs capture the mood of this special season. Your keen eye for taking these fantastic photos does not go unnoticed my friend. I especially like how the shadows fall upon the brick stone building in the first photo as it adds such a nice contrast to the well lit parts of this stone building structure. The other two photographs are equally as outstanding! :-)

Wow! Mon ami Karma nous revient avec une série de photos enchanteresses sur le thème de l'automne! C'est fête! Comme l'écrit un ami commun, je regrette que ce ne soit pas plus souvent! Pour ma part, je les trouve toutes très belles mais ma préférée est la dernière avec ses couleurs dorées typiques de l'automne. Chaque fois que je visite ta galerie, je mesure les progrès qu'il me reste à faire : j'ai l'oeil pour la composition mais ma technique est loin de valoir la tienne! Chapeau bas!

Lovely photos! Truly wonderful captures of a wonderful place. I have not been there in autumn, looks like a place to see at that time. Long ago I travelled from Marseilles to Toulon to Cannes and inland to Draguignan, so many years later I remember this place with great fondness!
