Greetings and Happy Holidays to all my pals here at Renderosity!
To All My Friends And Fans Of #TNA:
I owe you all an apology. I do. There are folks here who have supported the TNA story for many years, and lately I know I’ve let you all down with the long pauses between pages. I’ve promised several times that I’d get the story rolling again – and I haven’t.
The following is NOT an excuse, but I think you all deserve to know why this has happened.
For the past couple years, I have been fighting off a rather stubborn case of depression and anxiety. I have talked with my medical provider about this and am on medication for this condition. Not honestly sure if it’s actually doing any good, but at least it’s not getting any worse. I’m certainly not having suicidal thoughts or anything like that. But my creative energies have taken a bit of a kick to the short and curlies.
There have been many days where I’ve sat down at the computer, and just gone blank. I’ll start writing, or setting up a scene in Poser, and just not get anywhere with whatever I’m trying to do.
My postings have been few and far between. I’ve tried to keep caught up with commenting on all your wonderful artwork, but it’s been spotty as well.
And there are plenty of outside things that have not helped my mood at all. Most of you know I have below zero enthusiasm for our new President-Elect. To be 100% honest with you, I was literally sick the evening of November 5th. I seriously thought I was going to throw up more than once. I couldn’t eat. All I wanted to do was go to bed.
Then trying to get all the issues with these bloody computers straightened out, trying to get stuff done on and in this house so we can get out of this rapidly declining neighborhood, and just doing business stuff pretty much all day every day, has me worn out and frustrated.
And on it goes.
Until now.
I’m looking into a number of things to elevate my mood. One of those is collaborating with friends here. It’s a lot of fun, and often leads to some neat ideas for both of us. I’ve got most of the computer issues straightened out and am becoming enthused again. It’s a good feeling.
Anyway….
Here is Page 49 of Chapter 7 at long last. I’ve taken a bit of a break the last few weeks and am now on my way back! I’ve had a number of things on my “needs done a year ago” list that I’m finally making some progress on. I’ve still got a lot of things to take care of this winter.

Glad to see another page of TNA. I can understand about life getting in the way and sometimes it has to take precedence. I had to go back and look at the last page to help refresh my memory about that happened. I need a memory upgrade. Nice job

them dastardly drones, they are swift to destroy things. at least they have a heads up where they came from. all panels are top notch and great page in the series Rod. well done. watching the Chiefs game now. will be looking forward for next page. hope you feel better and believe me i'm going through it also. take care.

Depression it plays with your mind it tells you that life is not worth the pain but life is worth it even the POPE hangs in there to take just one more lung of air don't be in a hurry to find out the answer to that old question is there something after death long life fall in love with your wife once more eat a cream cake get a sore head wake up and say never again till next time

Oh, a worthy new enemy. Brilliant artwork, though just a thought... nobodies hospital table looks so pristine. You need it stacked with half-consumed hospital food trays, one of the hospital sippy cups, magazines, a cell phone with a charging cord stretched over to the wall where you unplugged one of the hospitals monitoring machines... cause you know... you got to be able to get on Netflex and stuff, hospitals are boring, and their tv channel selections are dismal.

Great chapter! Always a pleasure to read about the adventures of the girls. Don't worry about long pauses between chapters - just take all the time you need for yourself.

Depression tells you that you can't do things you actually can do, I know, my depression always tells me I can't draw, you've seen some of my drawings so think about that. It's a horrible, painful experience, so I hope you can be rid of it. After a couple of months on medication if you are convinced it isn't working you need to tell the doctor who prescribed it. Sometimes they have to try several different medications to find one that suits you, but don't stop taking stuff without discussing it with your doctor. If you can exercise that helps too, even if it's just fast walking. I've been speed-marching up steep hills almost every day lately, and it is doing me a power of good both physically and mentally. Though if you have any medical conditions check with your doctor before embarking on anything like that. Whatever your path is I hope you find a way out of it.
And YAY! More TNA! Let's hope those guys regret tangling with TNA, even if they regret it rather briefly as they bleed out from their bullet wounds...

This is fantastic, great story and fine ladies. Drones can be good or bad depending on the situation and who has control over it.
Just have to take life one day at a time and hope for the best.

Send the girls to my place and you'll instantly come to the right conclusion, depression is in the wrong place, it just screwed the address.., #!7 happens..😊 Such an Artist with your huge talent and top-notch skills is not allowed having that fancy whatever is called.. For short, forget those fancy words and get back to work.., seriously, people are waiting for the T.N.A.

You have done an awesome job in keeping this story going Rod! With so much happening in your life and the world we all live in, it's amazing that you find the time to somehow concentrate and compartmentalize your thoughts into finishing each installment of this series.
There is too much happening in the world at the moment, such as the drone sightings in New Jersey, the unaccounted Nukes that have now gone missing from Ukraine. War in the Middle East and our economy that's on fire due to untamed inflation. Weather patterns that are no longer conforming to past historical norms, we just had a 90 mph tornado in California the other day. What's next, earthquakes on the east coast!
It may be time to get the girls pointed towards investigating these strange events happening around the world at the moment. I hope life treats you and Jo well as we approach the holidays my friend! :-)

Oh, no worries, Johnny! Lots of real-life weirdness is gonna make its way into the story....
And indeed there's plenty stuff keeping me distracted - like today I spent a good 45 - 60 minutes jumping through hoops getting things set up with Medicare Part C/D for coverage with pharmaceuticals, and other stuff like dental, vision, and etc. Finally ended up talking with someone on the phone I could barely understand. WTF? Medicare is an AMERICAN program for AMERICAN citizens, but if you talk with someone on the phone, you can't hardly understand them...
Ah, well... Time to lose myself in art.......
