I like the face a lot. Obviously something strange about the shoulder/trap area and the toes look a little strange.

The render looks pretty good. The pose on Victor is odd, unbalanced, unsettled. Why are his muscles so bunched and flexed? The legs also, especially, need definite placement. The rock in center of the picture is too bright and draws attention from everything else. Can you subdue it, darken it so it just blends in? Nice water and forest background. hope this helps.
