Hi there! My name is Stefan Haeger. I'm a render artist since 1999. I have started uploading images to renderosity in 2002. I'm interested in rendered images since I saw the first ones on a commodore amiga 500. I've tried a lot of programs, but the one I stick to since version 2 is Vue d'Esprit. That is my favorite rendering program. Look at my gallery to see what I've done with it...
BIO
There's not very much to tell about me. I'm working at a german bank as a technical administrator ( I do the internet servers and so...). Rendering images is still my favorite hobby. I model a lot more than in the beginning. In the beginning I always wanted to use out-of-the-box ready models because I thought I couldn't model. But now I give away some for free and also at the marketplace. You'll see how your skills improve as you use a special software. You just need to have enough time...

I would give >anything< to cruise around the universe, meeting aliens, and showing them my stylin STAR WARS VEHICLES. I want a super star destroyer. That will make the alien greys pee in their shirts.

Isn't the Keyhole Nebula on the background? I don't know if that's near Alpha Centauri. As for the ship, a magnificent vessel!

ALLRIGHT! You got me! It IS the keyhole nebula! Damn good knowledge of space, Caslanthe... ;-)

I bet that nebula is playing hell with it's sensors.
