My guess would be art school. Booking went wrong, so instead of one life model, the students got three that day. :-) But I think the poses would work for a sauna scene, too.

At least they're not all in a big huddle. Two models with interlocking limbs are difficult enough if I recall correctly. Although, that gives me an idea for another render...
