This is my first attempt to create face skin from a single image, manually - a Poser 12 Superfly render of my tests- for my dear friends😊💝🥰
I think I could try as well a second method and manually paint the voxels/vertices, whatever..
It's far from perfect but I was excited with the result, so here it is..
