Season of wonder - English summer (a haiku)
I wonder whether
we'll have an English summer ?

I like childish wordplay so the 'Season of wonder' theme made me think of doing a story involving somebody wondering about seasons. But I'm also rather lazy and that seemed to involve a lot of work. Luckily for me a (rather bad) haiku just composed itself within my brain. So I casually scribbled it onto a sheet of scrap paper using a somewhat blunt 2B pencil. I then wrote several completely different, and equally bad, haiku on the subject of wondering about seasons. I picked the least worst of them and typed it, along with this text, into the.
