Description
Mitchell B-25J moments before touchdown. Kind of looks like box art. Not exactly what I was going for, but I decided it was interesting enough lighting to keep it. My Dad flew in these in Corsica, WW II, so I've always had a warm spot for the venerable bird. enjoy!

It seems that it wasn't a good idea to be in front of one.

Actively trying to pick a fight, as a matter of fact. I presume they were used for ground attack and night fighters.

Primarily bombers. Actively trying to pick a fight? Probably a mix..nothing in war is delineated very clearly.

"The art of war is simple enough. Find out where your enemy is. Get at him as soon as you can. Strike him as hard as you can, as often as you can, and keep moving on." U. S. Grant
I'll take his word for it.
