The right part is done well. The left part however is too full.The half cilindrical shape is too dark. I suggest removing it completely or making it a lighter gray. Same foes for the black lines w/ numbers I think it's better to remove that completely. In doing so you'll get a smoother and cleaner environment with a great overview. try make wire models of the atom strings.
