Description
I posted a smaller version of this, a few days back. A storm over Lake Michigan.
Old camera!
Steve (eekdog) asked if those were buildings or windmills, back there.
Looks like 'm, but they're actually boats and a lighthouse.
Shows you what storms are like in the Midwest!
Thanks so much again, m

This Director's Cut full image of this Midwest storm looks amazing!
I want to take this opportunity to thank you for taking the time to leave such wonderful comments in my gallery, I appreciate every single one you have left. You write like the author of best selling books with an ability to articulate and put into words things about my animations that most people, including myself don't see.
You are very gifted with talent and skills Mark, the time you give of yourself to this site is much appreciated my friend! :-)

Oh, WOW this is really impressing to watch, Mark. All those layers in the clouds you've captured them so very well. All what I see at the end, it stimulates my imagination. It could be an elongated island where children release a few balloons (put it up). Or submarines that come up to see if the Russians are coming. ;-)
The sound, it will have been very frightening, and then wait until everything lies down again. In the Netherlands we say it that way: when the storm is over, the wind has lay down. I have no idea if there is an average duration of how long a storm will normally last.
A special image of a special photographer who might came home soaking wet.
