Cool! My only thing is maybe to make the skin a deeper red and ad some detail to the inside of his ears. He's lookin' great.

I think it looks better than your previous image. It would need a bit of skin wrapping around the base of the horns. As I don't know how to do these things probably what I'm saying it's impossible. And it keeps looking like Tim Curry in Legend. Can't wait to see the whole model!!

The horns have not been textured yet...they will have skin wrapping on the base. As for darkening the red colour, this picture is done in bright white lights, so it has been paled out a bit. This has been designed so that the details will still show even in the darker more dramatic lighting schemes.

Just for ref, his is formally referred to as "Darkness" per his action figure and the movie novelization. Suggestions, in addition to the other comments, the eyes need to be yellowed and made more animal-like. Also, lips need to be fuller. Great job so far.
