This is my third terra image, took a lot of time; about 30 minutes to creat. The terrain is from Terrafiction. Please leave a comment.

30 min to creat isn't quite a lot of time in my opinion. As Prutzwork allready said this is your best ;-) until now. This time you used different surface at different heights and you applied water transparency, keep on. Try different surface settings. I think a good surface is the key to a good image !
