Description

This picture actually was fast in the rendering time department, what I did was make the buildings in the background flat. Then I duplicated them and put a "city lights" texture on the duplicate. Everything done in Bryce 4, with a little blurring (for a distance illution), with Photoshop. Hope you like it!!
