Description

"... The dragons had always been a presence on Aroth. However, in 1129AM the dragons made themselves known. No longer merely defending their territories, the dragons suddenly became aggressive." -The History of Aroth, Volume VII (Prelude to War) The second image in my Aroth story arc (started with Desolation). Let's see how it turns out :) This image was a real challenge to make. First I had to find good clothing. Then I had to find hair that wouldn't go crazy when I made it point backwards. The background was created and rendered seperatly, then imported as a background image. THEN I composited a version of the background rendered at 1024x768 with my image (thanks to Poser's annoying habit of shrinking imported backgrounds). In the end, I think I like the result. Credits can be found at my page: Ace://Poser 4/ in the gallery section.

AMAZING!!!! Ace, the pose and the texturing is awesome! The castle is gorgeous....I would love to borrow it for our current VC004 Challenge! The wings....not sure, transparency is great, but it looks a little papery. Maybe do some post work to soften the edges and make them more freeflowing? SKY IS COOOOOOOL!!! and the girl's in big trouble if that dragon hasn't eaten today ~ Sacred
