Description
This picture was taken at the Sentosa Beach on the 15th Jan (I think, lol) with a friend, was looking at the sun and was amazed by how even though the sun was covered by the clouds, still gave out an impressive "spotlight" effect :)
Still, the photo cant bring about what the real scene looks like.
A 2.1 megapixel ranger digital camera was used to take this shot :)
