I do the cherry and the cork with Amorphium, the bottle and the liquid with Lightwave (my first modeling attempt) and the final render (textures, lightning) with Bryce. Well if you are going for photo realism this image still looks very 3D. Although it is well modeled and I do like the glass and texture maps. Nice render to, great job!
