Obviously this -isn't- 2-D. Everything in the image is drastically out of proportion and doesn't look like it fits together. Unless that's a baby elephant (and then it wouldn't have tusks) it far too small and the woman is far too large unless she's a giant. The scenery has a lot of harsh edges that just don't blend well and there's no perception of depth to the image. It bacically looks like a bunch of stock models slapped onto a background, no offense intended. That's just what it looks like to me.
