Just another "playin around with textures, then trying to make hair" type study .. still trying to achieve realistic hair lol

You're getting closer........ Try softening the strands more with a slight blur, and the key to realistic hair is to look at the way real hair falls....like in a mirror......copy the reflection you see (the direction it flows) onto your pic....My description probably makes no sense at all.....sorry :( ~ Sacred

Very lovely. I agree with what S.Rose told you, and also consider that hair doesn't fall in parallel strands. It overlaps and falls at different angles. She needs eyelash transparencies. Lovely expression.

Looking good... it could be windblown and find that position :) Softening (as Sacred suggested) should make it look very nice

How do you get the hair to look so smooth like that? It doesn't quite look natural, but it's an interesting and stylistic way of doing hair that I'd love to learn.
