I am totally impressed by those models, I model with bryce like crazy, so I appreciate these things, you made it look as though it wasn't made from simple objects. Although the image itself could use some photoshop work, maybe some lens flares or some nice filtering? if you can get Sandwater go for it!! I use Sandwater Glare and Aetherize all the time, and it would really help this image look more perfect. Another thing I'd change in this image- those buildings in the BG are perfectly smooth, I know it's to make it look more surreal, but the structures' geometry satisfies surrealisim. If you gave those buildings a more realistic bumpy/rippled texture, you'd get an interesting fusion between surrealism and realism! try it and see how it looks.
