Description

HI guys, meet Enzo. He is the main character in an upcomming short I'm working on. He's kind of half cartoon character, half famous mob movie guy, and a bit of my relatives all wraped up into one. I was inspired by Mort Drucker. Who did the MAD magazine illustrations. They looked incredibly like their real movie counterparts, but a character spoof at the same time. Anyway, this is the head. Next comes the hair and texturing the body, then the room. I'm working on a script with a really talented voice guy, Dennis Daniel, and hope to start animating in a week or two. Hope you like it! Whoa! Reminds me of my mum. :oP Just kidding... this is an awesome character, he reminds me of a "Sydney Greenstreet" type of character actor, but with a heavy set "Marlon Brando" look to him. Hope you don't overdo the hair... i kinda like him bald. You gotta have a couple of bimbos and at least a bodyguard or three in his entourage. Very good work!!!

Funny you said that Moe, alot of people did. I think the hair will be more played up on the eyebrows, with just some hair on the sides of his head. Like Lawrence Tierney in "Resevoir Dogs".
