Originally an oil painting but couldn't get a good digital photograph so I recreated it in Photoshop...Comments appreciated :)

Elegant and beautiful. Some works in Your gallery remind me of Salvador Dali - some deeply hidden symbolism is there in most of them! Brilliant.

I looked at this image for some considerable time and kept repeating the title "Truth" over and over in my mind, trying to grasp the essence of your reason and logic for calling it thus. It also occurred to me that there could be no hidden meaning and that 'truth' was simply "here's my post for today". However, as most all your art pieces have reason, the only one that grabs me (and I'm only grasping wildly here) The rose symbolizes life, and as life though a beautiful, short-lived gift, is often glutted with pain, represented by the drop of blood. Many have drawn blood on the thorns of a rose, just as blood has been spilled in life - and such is the naked truth. Slap me silly if I'm wrong here Casey...lol. Excellent piece of work whatever your intent - and another vote for its simplicity.
