Description

Entirely made in Povray, my first pic for the site. I'll probably be putting it into a full scene with it dribbling sparks and spouting smoke as in the 1930's Buster Crabbe movies. Any comments welcome.

Fantastic work,but somehow this doesn't look right without being in Black and White with sparks flying out of the engine,and look no strings :-) You've done a super job,give yourself a pat on the back !

Thanks! Actually I have done a few black and white extra grainy animations of it with sparks and smoke, but the scene it's in needs work.

Ah...I love that old movie series, The annimation and special effects were a trip...Nice ship, Flash and Dale would think so as well....I also see you are a Pov user, and do you model with the text script or whatever it is called in pov?

I did the modelling inside POVRAY, no external modelling software. Probably not a good idea for this sort of item, other than for the challenge.
