Here some Infos about my Computer this is an A2k 060-50 with 136 MB of RAM... And the Tracetime was for this Picture 30 Min's! :-)

Much Better :) - I have one more suggestion, use an area light or a light bundle to soften that HARD light edge.

or add softedge.itx to your round light...that would do it,can't remember which light .itx's the miggy has,but if you want a LOOOOG render a softshadows area light would really top it off,default softshadows...like the environment you have it in now better,seems more appropriate,.......good work
