Hey. Not much to say. I've been involved in 3D imagery for a bit. It took about 4 years to realize that I suck at creating scenes, so I moved on to modeling.
BIOI initially started out using Bryce 2, and Poser 2. I liked Bryce for a very long time, and purchased upgrade after upgrade, until I realized that I just suck at it. LOL..
I've moved on now to trueSpace 5.2/6.0, I feel really comfortable with it. Since moving I've discovered that I really enjoy modeling now. Since moving to trueSpace, I'v had a couple freelance jobs, and am currently working on a game due out Dec. 2002.
Update 03/06/2003:
Well, the game is still in development. The modeling and texutring is done, and has been done for quite a while. They are currenltly finishing up the GUI and levels.
I have moved to lightwave 7.5. I sold all my other software; truespace, bryce, poser, infini-d and so on. Now all I use is Lightwave, photoshop, and premiere. Lightwave is great if you haven't tried it.

Is that radiosity ? can you describe the lighting ?
dmcdade
Thanks. The lighting was achieved using Eki's pak. It uses the spinning light trick, which you can also achieve using luxigons. But no, no radiosity. Just faked it.

Tnanks for the comments. My son had come to work with me on Christmas Eve, and we had started this together. He's 12 and a skateboarder(pretty good too) so we were thinking of what we could do, and he wanted something for his wall, so we came up with this.

I started with Bryce in early 97 thru 99, took a year break, then in the beginning of 2002 bought truespace 5.0 from a friend. Liked it and hated it, upgraded to trueSpace 6.0 then in Spetember 2002 I bought LW. I sucked at Bryce/Poser. I liked trueSpace because it showed me that I could actually model meshes, but hated its quarks, so moved up to LW. Now I can model way better and render at an O'K level..Thanks for the compliments.
