Not exactly a shader, but it does the job. Straight out of c4d. no postwork.

Is that the shading-technique where you set up a direct spot light, and the shadows casted seem like edges?

Mr. Magoo, hehe, that's right:p I was actually thinking about the old boxer myself. @Denb, well, not really. More going into the illumination tab and decreasing the falloff. But the real deal is the outlines. It's a duplicate of the whole mesh, extruded 1/2 m and then a black texture with an inversed Banji shader in the alpha chanel.
