My name is Drew and I am 17 years old -- I live in CA on the central coast and display my paintings in a local gallery in San Luis Obispo called the San Luis Artists Gallery (www.sanluisartistsgallery.com). I enjoy painting, digital art, photography, and webpage design.
--I designed my own page (www.drewdavis.com) and also the gallery's page.
I plan to continue to study art and hope to have some kind of art-related career in the future.

I have the deepest amount of respect for anyone who strikes out to gain mastery over something brand new - and as most of these 3D programs are quite complicated - another profound accolade is due for your courage to tackle unfamiliar territory. In reality, there's little critique one can offer on this nicely crafted render. Art in all its diversifications is at best subjective - and what truly matters is the satisfaction you as the artist feels upon completion of the work. I think your attempt to model a 'Ball & Chain" is certainly a recognizable accomplishment with this render. Practice, Patience, and perseverance are the building blocks for any form of art - keep up the good work!
