I think the hardest thing to do is combine 2D and 3D and make them appear seamless as if they belonged together. This work certainly succeeds in that regard and so many more. I firmly believe that your skills are some of the finest that I have yet to see and that your images convey a sense of power and meaning that inspires so many of us to reach further in our artistic endeavors. Thank you for sharing this excellent composition.

Great work. Love the trees and surrounds as always. My only crit would be that the pose suggests compassion or thoughtfulness, which i didn't perceive in the movie character at all. But oh well, it was a bit of a shocker (the movie)for Tolkien fans, so you might have just added something to it :)
