Great lines and shadows. Would love if you put more comments on your image such as focal length, aperature, speed and film. Those sort of things. :) If you know them. Always looking to improve my skills. Thanks for sharing!

I don't either - and I am very appreciative of this kind of daily miracle. A magnificent photo!

This is a killer image! The color in the glass as opposed to the table surface (?) plus the lines in the shadow are excellent.
Akinom

Beautiful, love the line cast from the light, love the way light gets diffused by glass. You know it's good if Cyn has to pull out the thesaurus

Thanks guys! I see everything through the camera's eye...and sometimes I get lucky and actually have a camera in my hand. Cool Cyn, you found my light source :)

limited vocabulary prohibits me from drooling the adjectives that would do this photo justice.

Amazing -- the thumbnail looked like a blue beetle with large anterior horns and a big blue body, and some kind of huge posterior wings!!! I was surprised it was actually a blue glass, and the wings its shadow. Strange & beautiful.

The shadows alone are enough to make this image, then you give us light and color. How dare you overload my senses. lol. Very nice image.
