Description
Image based on a 3D render I made in Bryce. I used the smudge tool to make the render look like it was done in oil. I also played around with the color to intensify the image.

I like your effects, they work very well and look convincingly like oil paint. There's a small problem with the composition though: the circle pattern is bigger and clearer than your character's face. It draws the eye upwards, away from what should be the dramatic focus of the image. It feels like the chair is staring at us, not the guy :-)

very cool, i like seeing this character in ur images, he seems pretty cool. i like the efect u did on his armor too. excellent work!
